Ray Zahab

In recent years, Ray Zahab has established himself as one of the world's premier endurance athletes. His love for adventure sports comes from a passion for challenges that constantly test and push his limitations.

Ray has run many ultra-marathons. He placed third in the world's toughest footrace, the Trans 333, and he placed first in the Sahara Race in 2005. His most dramatic triumph, however, was in February of 2007 when he and two teammates became the first people ever to run across the Sahara Desert - 7,500 kilometers in 111 days.

All of Ray's expeditions are cause-based and raise awareness for social and environmental issues affecting children worldwide. He is a board member of Ryan's Well Foundation and the founder of impossible2Possible, an organization educating and inspiring the world's youth about the importance of our planet's health and it's relationship to the health of its people.
